HOW IT ALL STARTED
A few years ago, I slid off the road and wrecked my car. My insurance company sent a tow truck, and while the driver did his job, he spent the entire time complaining about how much he hated it. Standing there on the side of the road, already shaken up, I felt more like a burden than a customer in need of help.
That night, I replayed the whole experience over and over in my mind. By the next morning, one question wouldn’t leave me alone:
How can someone be in the business of helping people, yet care so little about the people they’re helping?
I knew then that what I experienced was poor, unacceptable customer service—and I also knew there had to be a better way.
In the weeks that followed, I started researching how to build my own towing company with one clear mission:
to be different.
I wanted to create a company that not only provides reliable, prompt roadside assistance, but one where exceptional, respectful, and courteous customer service is at the heart of everything we do. A company where every customer feels seen, supported, and safe—from the moment we answer the phone to the moment their vehicle is secure.
